At Kayu Studio, we want you to love your artisanal home pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
